Is Mental Strength required?

Mental Strength is something I lacked for many years. It’s hard to be mentally strong when your mind is drained and weakened by energy. 

Every reaction, conversation, decision, and emotion either gives your mind boost or takes it away.

There comes a point in everyone’s mental Strength journey where you hit the submerge point and it all seems too hard. It is evolved when you decide to make the seemingly brainless decision to keep going.


How do you do that? I think when you decide to keep going by setting yourself the smallest goal workable.

Mental Strength doesn’t have to be extreme but it does have to be consistent and moving.

This Strength build-up is that you do consistently , patiently and the smallest change you make to your pain helps you look back one day and smile at how far you’ve come, and how you ignore the small things to focus on what matters in your life. 


I guess Mental Strength is achievable and you can use it to level up your results.
